This is where the concept is created; our experienced draughtspersons meet the client onsite to discuss the project, take measurements and understand the specific client requirements. Detailed shop drawings are then drawn up, as directed by architects and engineers, for our manufacturing department to implement.
Once the design has been confirmed by the client and received by our manufacturing department, we focus on implementing the work. We procure the material according to specifications and fabricate the product, ensuring that the work meets client’s expectations and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The final product will then be inspected and moved on to our Finishes Department.
A specialised arm of our manufacturing department utilises CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Technology. We are proud to offer our clients the possibility to utilise CNC waterjet and plasma cutting machines, which can be used on different materials and profiles, whilst ensuring a high precision finish.
We have also invested in a highly technological CNC machine that is able to carry out marking, drilling and cutting of beams, and also machines that are able to carry out beam bending and plate bending according to specifications requested by clients.
